It leverages QR-coded smart tags and a cloud-based app to offer real-time, event-based updates. Travel Sense ensures every animal's journey is organized, visible, and safe, allowing transport providers to significantly enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Key Features:
- Produces QR-coded tracking labels, which serves as touchpoint for drivers and handlers to quickly submit updates at critical travel milestones.
- Automatic update notifications sent to multiple points of contact via SMS and email for each update submitted.
- Every update notification contains a link for the owner to open and view more details (photos, map location of the update, etc) about the update and see a full history of all past updates.
- Ability to add flights to a shipment, which adds the ability for automatic updates on flight status (e.g. departed, arrived, etc) to be sent to the owner (in addition the driver updates submitted).
- Ability to associate & access digital travel documents to the shipment as a backup record in the event the original documents are lost (accessible to drivers/handlers by scanning the tracking label).
- Ability to store animal information (e.g. names, medication requirements, feed instructions, etc.) for easy reference by drivers/handlers across the move (accessible to drivers/handlers by scanning the tracking label).
- Ability to pass all travel/health documents to the owner for access in their Pet Wallet app so that they have an archive of their documents for future reference.
- Full organization-wide control over the event types, the forms for each event type, and the alert templates for each event type.
- Dashboard view to show monthly shipment volume, tags in stock, etc.
- NEW: Ability to pass appointments to the owner for access in their Pet Wallet app (with SMS & email reminders of the upcoming appointments).
