CareTags allows shippers to create and share a full travel itinerary with your clients via their Pet Wallet account.

A travel itinerary can be created and shared from both the create & edit shipment screens. There are three sections of an itinerary:

  1. Origin & destination details
  2. Flight(s)
  3. Coordinator contact

Here’s what a client sees inside their Pet Wallet account:
