Creating a Shipment record in Travel Sense is simple. A Shipment is where all details about the move — including pet details and travel details — and a feed of all updates provided on a shipment can be viewed. You can edit & update it at any point.

If a Shipment includes Pet Wallet (the tag for the pet + app access), then the email address you set under ‘Pet Wallet user information' will receive an invite email to join the Pet Wallet app instantly and automatically. Once you get them the physical tag, they can associate it to a pet in their account.
Additionally, after the invite email, they will receive a sequence of several emails explaining setup, features, & benefits of Pet Wallet.
