There are two main ways to register & create a Pet Wallet account:

1. Through an email you’ll receive once you sign up with an animal transport company.
2. By scanning the tag once you get it.

1. Registering via email link

If you are working with an animal transportation company that partners with CareTags, you should receive an email from CareTags (specifically from [email protected]) shortly after signing up with the transportation company. This email will contain a temporary password and button to click to take you to the login page. Use your email address and the temporary password to make your initial login.

2. Registering by scanning the tag

If you didn’t receive an invite email, but you have your pet’s tag on hand, you can register simply by scanning the QR code on the back. Alternatively, go to app.caretags.pet and click “Join”:

You’ll be prompted to enter your email address and set a password. You will then get an email from CareTags to confirm your email address. You can then continue with account setup.
