If you don’t want your personal contact details and your pet’s current home address visible on your pet’s public profile and accessible when someone scans their tag, you can turn on privacy mode. With this mode activated, only details about your pet will be visible to someone scanning their tag.

Someone who has found your pet and scanned their tag will still be able to send you a report that the pet has been found, complete with the finder’s contact details. But it will be up to you to contact them via email or phone.
