CareTags allows shippers to add appointments to their client’s Pet Wallet app—helping give clients a full vet timeline view, plus automated reminders.

The Pet Name field is a dropdown that shows all pet names that have been previously added in the Pet Info tab. You can select all, or just some, of the pets on a shipment who are meant to attend a specific appointment. Example: The dog on a shipments needs to go for blood testing for import into Australia, which is not required for the cat on the shipment.

You can add as many appointments as needed. They will show up in the owner’s Pet Wallet account in chronological order. The owner will receive the following updates leading up to an appointment:
