Submitting a driver/handler travel update is quick & simple:

  1. Scan the QR-coded tracking label on the pet’s kennel
  2. Share your system location (or manually add your location by clicking “Continue without sharing location”)
  3. Select the type of update you are wanting to submit (e.g. Airport, Vet, etc)
  4. Select the specific update type — e.g. “Check-in at airport”
  5. Fill in a couple fields (ones with * are required for the update to be submitted)
  6. Hit “Update Status”

Travel updates are meant to be submitted at every major milestone/transition point—so that we can give the animal owner as complete a view of their pet’s journey as possible:
